Christ Fellowship to Host the Spartan DEKA STRONG Road Show

On January 14, 2023, Christ Fellowship is hosting the Spartan DEKA STRONG Road Show.
DEKA is a gamified fitness challenge, where you will test yourself to see just how fit you really are. Focusing on 10 different areas of functional movement, DEKA will challenge you to compete with your friends as well as yourself to improve yourself and your results.
You do not need to be a regular gym-goer or fitness enthusiast. DEKA is geared to cater to people of all fitness levels.
So let’s test our fitness and endurance and be DEKA STRONG together as a church!
Registration is required in advanced. DEKA STRONG costs $39 per person to register.
